Recorded poker games?

Hi guys,

I am looking for a poker software (online or local with networking availale) that has the ability to record a tournament (10 man) with hole cards facing up for rebroadcast later on?

I plan on streaming a small tournament to a video games community that i am a member of and need hole cards to be faced up
